This project highlighted the critical role of user research in understanding and meeting user needs. By conducting thorough interviews and surveys, we were able to gather valuable insights that directly informed the design and functionality of PromoPal.
Given more time, I would have liked to expand our user base for surveys and explore the development of a web version to complement the mobile app, ensuring greater accessibility.
UX design is not just about creating a product but also about improving everyday experiences and making a positive impact on the community through design.
